Welcome to the Movement

The Messy Middle...

A rite of passage for women who don't believe in settling.

For those building lives, legacies, and businesses that reflect who they are truly becoming.

There’s a moment in every woman’s evolution when the old identity no longer fits but the new one isn’t fully formed yet.
A quiet, confronting space.
Not breakdown. Not breakthrough. Just… the in between.
No one talks about it but this is where the real work happens.
Where the truth lives and where we stop pretending and start remembering who we actually are.

This movement exists to give voice to The Messy Middle...so no woman has to walk through it thinking she’s alone.

Something in me shifted,

And staying the same was no longer an option

There’s a moment where something deep inside begins to shift. Quietly. Powerfully. No big breakdown, no dramatic pivot just a steady inner pull. When you’re still doing the things... Leading, creating, showing up. But in between the calls, the school runs, the launches, the to-do lists there’s a fire quietly building inside you. A tension between who you were and who you’re becoming. You’re navigating the push and pull daily, still in action, but internally reorganising. It’s not chaos. It’s transition. An evolution. And even though you’re not lost, it can feel lonely because no one talks about this part.

We don’t talk about it because we’ve been taught to only share the polished version - the breakthrough, the clarity, the after. But what about the in between? The stretch? The silent identity evolution that happens while the world still expects you to show up the same? That’s why I created this movement. Not to fix. Not to teach. But to give language to what’s already alive inside you. You don’t need to package it yet. You don’t need to be done. You just need to be seen. The messy middle isn’t a weakness - it’s an initiation. And now that you’re here, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Something in me shifted.

And staying the same was no longer an option.

There’s a moment you reach where something deep inside begins to shift. Quietly. Powerfully. No big breakdown, no dramatic pivot—just a steady inner pull. You’re still doing the things. Leading. Creating. Showing up. But in between the meetings and the movement, there’s this low hum beneath it all. A tension between who you were and who you’re becoming. You’re navigating the push and pull daily—still in action, but internally reorganising. It’s not chaos. It’s transition. A becoming. And even though you’re not lost, it can feel lonely—because no one talks about this part.

 We don't talk about it...

Because we’ve been taught to only share the polished version - the breakthrough, the clarity, the after. But what about the in-between? The stretch? The silent identity evolution that happens while the world still expects you to show up the same? That’s why I created this movement. Not to fix. Not to teach. But to give language to what’s already alive inside you. You don’t need to package it yet. You don’t need to be done. You just need to be seen. The messy middle isn’t weakness - it’s initiation. And now that you’re here, you don’t have to carry it alone..

"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."

Anais Nin

"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."

I was Building legacies - but SUPPRESSING part of mine.

For years, I was the go-to woman behind the scenes of powerful online businesses - trusted by visionaries to scale their operations, optimise for growth, and hold the strategy that kept everything moving. As a fractional COO and strategic partner, I helped build businesses that reached multi-six and seven-figure milestones. The systems, the teams, the structure and the leadership. I still love that work. It’s in my bones.

But somewhere along the way, I realised the model I’d built around it no longer matched who I was becoming.
And when my daughter was born, something cracked open in me.
Not because I became a mother for the third time, but because I met a version of myself I could no longer ignore.

The fire had always been there.

My daughters arrival brought a new level of clarity:
I didn’t want to build a business that asked more of me than I was willing to give.
I wanted a life where being present wasn’t something I had to fight for.

I could have kept going.
But I knew I had more to offer and I was ready to build something that reflected all of me.
Not just the strategist, not just the operator.
But the mother, the mirror, the woman doing the deep, identity-shifting work behind it all.

Passionate about truth, evolution, and what no one else is saying.

This movement was born from my own transition - the one no one talks about.

That messy, silent space between versions of yourself where you’re still functioning, still leading, still mothering, but deep down, you know you’re changing.

Becoming a parent didn’t make me smaller.
It made me braver.
It made me question every rule I’d built my life around.
And it showed me that the next generation needs more than financial inheritance, they need to witness what emotional wealth looks like in action.

I moved through my shift without a name for what it was, so I gave it one.
I created this movement not just to make space for the stretch, but to open the door to the conversations women don’t know where to have because they’re still trying to be all the things to all the people.
The ones that happen in whispers, in stolen moments, in the quiet reckoning that sits under the school run, the client call, the messy bun and the morning meeting.

This is where we lift the veil.
This is where we name what’s been unspoken.
This is where we stop pretending, and start becoming.

Because The Messy Middle isn’t weakness,

It’s power in progress.
I’ve seen what comes next...

And it is beautiful.

You won’t always feel like this.
There will come a moment so simple you almost miss it. When the fog starts to lift, when you’ll look around and realise you didn’t just survive the transition… you became someone you deeply respect.

I know this, because I’ve lived it.

I stopped hiding in clothes that didn’t fit who I was becoming.
I stopped making decisions from fear masked as logic.
I stopped asking for permission to take up space.
And when I did, the world didn’t fall apart - it opened up.

Things feel lighter now.
Not because everything is easier but because I’ve grown into a version of myself who can hold more without collapsing under the weight of it.
I stopped trying to shrink to fit what once worked, and started expanding into what’s truly mine to carry. I didn’t return to who I was, I became the woman I hadn't been brave enough to be. And when I did, everything changed.

And my business?
It didn’t collapse when I changed.
It evolved right alongside me. I stripped away the parts that no longer felt like mine. I rebuilt in a way that made space for all of me; my energy, my vision, my pace, my values.
I let go of the pressure to constantly produce and prove.
And somehow… the impact got bigger.
The work got deeper.
The results got richer.
And all because I stopped leading from urgency, and started leading from identity.

Maybe the most powerful shift of all...
I became the kind of mother who knows that presence isn’t measured by proximity.
It’s measured by energy, by self-leadership, by the courage to model what it looks like to honour yourself first.

I no longer drown in guilt.
I let my children see me rise.
And they’re rising too. They are asking better questions, they are naming their feelings, they are learning to hold emotional space that took me decades to learn.

My marriage has changed too.
Not because he changed but because I did.
I no longer wait for him to guess what I need.
I say it. Cleanly.
And in doing that, I invited a whole new level of communication into our home.
No petty arguments, no masculine tug-of-war.
Just two people learning how to meet each other with more truth, more vulnerability, more honesty and less armour.

This is what’s possible.

It’s not a polished “after.”
It’s a living, breathing evolution.
And it starts with being willing to meet yourself—fully in the messy middle.

And when you do that you can be certain you’re not going backwards.
In fact, you’re stepping forwards.
And everything on the other side?
It’s not just worth it.
It’s already yours, when you’re ready to claim it.

The Dream

What this movement really means for female entrepreneurs

What if we stopped treating emotional evolution as something separate from entrepreneurship?
What if becoming who you’re meant to be wasn’t a personal journey tucked away behind the scenes but the very foundation of the business you’re here to build?

This movement isn’t just about meeting yourself in the messy middle.
It’s about what happens after that.
When you stop pretending, when you stop shrinking.
When you stop building from obligation and start creating from your truth.

Because when a woman reclaims her identity, her energy, and her power,
she doesn’t just lead better...

She builds something completely aligned.

A business that feels like a full expression of who she is.

Offers that don’t drain her, but expand her.
Strategies that honour her season, her vision and her pace.
Systems that are designed to hold the woman she’s becoming - not just the one she used to be.

This work changes the trajectory of how we build.
It breaks the cycles of burnout and over-functioning.
It replaces perfection with presence.
It shows the next generation that leadership can look like wholeness, not just exhaustion.

Because generational wealth isn’t just financial.

It’s a wealth of experience.
It's a wealth of opportunity.
It's a wealth of self-trust, emotional intelligence, healthy boundaries, and visionary thinking.
It’s children growing up with a present mother... and watching their mother honour herself first, and still build something powerful.
It’s partners learning to lead together instead of competing for space.
It’s families becoming stronger - not because we sacrificed ourselves, but because we chose ourselves.

That’s the dream.

A world where businesses are built to hold freedom.
Where leadership looks like self-responsibility and emotional regulation.
Where ambition and softness aren’t opposites.
Where presence isn’t something we feel guilty for... but proud of.
Where women don’t just expand to take up space, they expand in devotion to their legacy.

This is what happens when women stop breaking themselves to build things.
This is what happens when we do the identity work. And this is what understanding your evolution through the messy middle makes possible.

Because when one woman becomes who she’s here to be, she doesn’t just shift her family, her business, or her bank account - she begins to shift what leadership gets to look like.
She honours the old systems that got her this far and she models and embraces a new way.
And whether she realises it or not, she becomes a quiet reminder that freedom is possible.

This is the ripple. And it doesn’t stop here.

This isn’t just a message.

It’s my life’s work.

The movement I’ve been building in quiet conversations, personal awakenings, and bold decisions.
I don’t expect it to take off with a bang.
But there will be whispers.
And those whispers will get louder.

That’s how movements begin.
That’s how everything begins to change.

This is what happens when women stop breaking themselves to build things.
This is what happens when we do the identity work. And this is what the messy middle makes possible.

Because when one woman becomes who she’s here to be, she doesn’t just shift her family, her business, or her bank account - she shifts what leadership looks like in the world.
She challenges the old systems.
She models a new way.
And whether she realises it or not, she becomes the proof that freedom is possible.

As more women step out of the shadows, name what they’ve been carrying, and share their truth out loud.

That’s how movements begin.
That’s how everything changes.

This isn't just my voice - it's our's. And your's matters more than you know.

This is a space.
A space to reflect, share, connect, evolve and grow.
However you choose to be part of this, it counts.
You don’t need a platform. You don’t need a plan.
You just need a moment of truth and the courage to move from it.

Because every time one woman speaks, this movement grows.

Below are a few ways to be part of it -

on your terms.

If You’re in the Messy Middle

These aren’t instructions, they’re invitations.
Each one of these grounded me when things felt blurry, tender, or too loud.
Take what you need. Leave what you don’t. Let it meet you where you are. This is the work I’ve done myself and I’m here to help you move through it - faster, deeper, and without losing yourself along the way.

Identity work isn't separate from business.

It's the foundation of it.

As your identity evolves, your business starts to reflect the gap between who you were and who you’re becoming.
You’re still delivering, still holding it together, but deep down - you know you’re leading from a version of you that’s already outgrown the systems, strategies, and pace you built it all from.

And when your identity isn’t aligned with your operations, your vision, or your energy, it starts to show.
In the resistance around your offers.
In the heaviness behind your calendar.
In the frustration of being the bottleneck, the strategist, the one always holding it all.

And this is often the piece that gets overlooked.
The inner shift happens quietly - but the outer structure keeps running on old settings.
The strategy might still work, but it no longer fits. Not your energy, not your vision, not the way you want to lead.

But the truth is, business gets to feel lighter.
Decisions get to feel clearer.
You get to be supported - not just by your team, but by the systems, the boundaries, the identity you build it all from.

That’s what this work makes possible.
You stop building from pressure and start creating from clarity.
Your systems become spacious,  your strategy sharpens.
You’re no longer dragging a business model that doesn’t feel like yours - you’re expanding into one that reflects your values, your energy and your next-level identity.

You show up differently, you lead differently, you trust your decisions - not because you’ve overthought them, but because they’re aligned.
You stop managing everything and start being moved by what you’ve built.

And the best part?
You don’t have to spend months circling it, doubting yourself, or burning it all down to begin again.
There’s an easier way through.
There’s support built for this part.

Because when the inner shift is matched with outer structure, your next-level success becomes undeniable, aligned, embodied, and inevitable.
